The Board is scheduled to consider accepting a $500 donation from John McCabe for the Sturbridge Fire Department.

The Board is also scheduled to consider the appointment of three on-call firefighters: David Tetreault, Kenneth Massaro, and Drew Wright. Each appointment is listed as effective July 7, 2026, with pay consistent with the agreement between the Town of Sturbridge and Teamsters Local #170.

The Board is scheduled to consider appointing Aiden Adams as Town Planner.

The agenda lists the position with an annual salary of $95,000, effective July 23, 2026.

The agenda also includes possible action on extending the Plimpton Master Plan contract until September 30, 2026.

Several board and committee appointments are also listed.

The Board is scheduled to consider appointing Jason Knott to the Historical Commission for a term expiring July 6, 2029.
