A property at 55 Beach Avenue will see its existing cottage demolished and replaced with a new two-story lake house. The project, designed by A. Normandin Design with site plans prepared by Levesque Geomatics, Inc., received full board approval after review confirmed it would not create or increase any existing zoning non-conformities. Property owner Vernon L. Jackson Jr. (Butch Jackson Jr.) may now proceed with applying for all other necessary building permits.

The board reviewed comprehensive documentation including architectural plans dated May 21, 2025, both existing and proposed plot plans, the Town Planner's report, and departmental memos before rendering their decision.
