Clerk Mary Dowling opened the meeting with a moment of silence, asking everyone to remember all those who may be suffering in this world and wishing one and all a safe, healthy holiday season.

Clerk Dowling also wished all residents a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

— Board voted 3-0 to approve licenses for D & R Garage and Sturbridge Service Center, contingent upon all compliance requirements being met. Licenses will be held until requirements are satisfied.

The meeting was conducted in hybrid format, with Vice Chair Kaitbenski and Selectperson Volpe attending remotely while Clerk Dowling attended in person. Chair Jamie Goodwin was not present.
